A: Most households today have a computer and most computers have built in webcam and microphone, which is all you need. You may need to download some free software which is as simple as a click of a link. With that installed you are ready to go.
A: PMD telemedicine and Wellness is delivered by board-certified physicians who specialize in delivering patient-focused and quality telemedicine.
A: The doctor will call in or e-subscribe your prescription to your local pharmacy in exactly the same way you would get it today. In order to receive this important part of the service, please ensure you correctly enter your pharmacy, complete address and zip code in the registration section, after you click ‘See a Doctor now’.
A: PMD telemedicine and Wellness is available to all of our existing beneficiaries. (There is a minimum age of 18 for this service.)
A: PMD telemedicine and Wellness can be very effective for treating minor and uncomplicated medical concerns. Typical examples would be a cold, sinus symptoms, bladder infections, irritations, rash, dizziness, and much more.
A: The level of service you will receive from your doctor is identical to an in person office visit, without the hassle of driving to the doctor’s office, parking and waiting in the waiting room.
